When we were out and about last Saturday and evening we came across some people dressed as Santas and didn't pay too much attention until we kept seeing them, literally, by the hundreds. We discovered that SantaCon started in San Francisco and now is a world-wide event, the focus on spontaneity and creativity, while having a good time and spreading cheer and goodwill. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed ourselves even without costume.
